PROJECT IMPLEMENTER-LLC "ARNIKA-HOLDING", RESIDENT OF THE PDA NADEZHDINSKAYA.
REG. NO. 25000000469 FROM 30.12.2019

In 2019, an agreement was signed with JSC FAR EAST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION on the implementation of activities as a resident of the PDA. Two plots in Nadezhdinskaya PDA with a total area of 357 hectares were allocated for the implementation of the project.

The first stage of the future Agrobioeconomical cluster is the construction of an export-oriented elevator complex with a 360,000 tons capacity for storing/drying corn and soybeans which has already begun at the Zapadny site of the Nadezhdinskaya PDA.  (Production capacity of 1,000,000 tons/year).

Within 5 years, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the governments of Primorsky Krai and the Amur Region, it is planned to create elevator complexes, a starch plant and several high-tech science-intensive industries-biofactories of feed amino acids (lysine, valine, threonine, tryptophan) and other products of biotechnological synthesis based on deep processing of plant agricultural resources of the Far Eastern Federal District.

SMGC Arnika is the owner of 300 hectares of agricultural and industrial land in the PDA Priamurskaya in the Amur region, where it is planned to create an elevator complex.

The goal of the project is to create an Innovative scientific and industrial cluster of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Far Eastern Federal District, together with a foreign investor, the South Korean company “LS Networks”.

The cluster includes high-tech science-intensive production of feed amino acids, vitamins and related feed products of biotechnological synthesis to supply the market of the Russian Federation and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

The project received support from the Ministry for the Development of the Far East and the Primorsky Territory Administration.

Within the framework of the IV Eastern Economic Forum, a tripartite agreement was signed on the implementation of an investment project for the creation of Agrobioeconomic cluster - high-tech production facilities for deep processing of grain in the PDA in the Primorsky Territory.

The creation of the cluster is one of the points of the National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Far East Russia for the period up to 2024 and for the prospect up to 2035, developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The text of the document was approved at the end of September 2020 by the Russian Federation Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin. Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development of the region announced that the cluster will produce biologically valuable feed for poultry and livestock and employ 350 people.
